* Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
Please be aware that your appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you. If you do not attend your appointment then it will remain empty, when it could have been offered to another client. Likewise, short-notice cancellations rarely allow enough time for the slot to be rebooked.
I kindly ask that if you cancel on the same day as your appointment or do not attend, you still pay for your appointment in full. Thankyou for understanding and respecting my time and my small business.
